Avromi earned a degree in Healthcare Administration/Management from Touro College and St. Joseph’s College. In his role as Administrator, he oversees the general management of the facility, interacting with staff, residents, and families alike. Avromi credits his colleagues at Northern Metropolitan for teaching him what devotion to patient care means—going above and beyond the call of duty in order to ensure the cheer, dignity, and health of every patient that is a part of the Northern Metropolitan family.

As a clinical leader, Stanley motivates, inspires, and works alongside the team to ensure that the residents receive the optimal level of care. He is always available to address any concerns and to ensure that each resident’s needs are met in a kind, compassionate manner.

Kristen Kennedy

Director of Social Services

Kristen has a Bachelor’s in Social Work and a Master’s in Clinical Social Work, both degrees from Nyack College. She started working at Northern Metropolitan as a social services intern, then transitioned into a full-time Social Worker and finally rose to her current position as Director. The growth, knowledge, and experience that she has obtained from her years at Northern Services ensure that from admission to discharge, patients and families will benefit from a successful, personalized plan of care and, when appropriate, a smooth transition back home.

Alva is committed to the safety of the staff and residents, making sure that everything is up to code and looks good. He loves interacting with the residents and is always looking to improve the quality of their lives.

As Director of Housekeeping, Jorge ensures that the residents enjoy a clean, sanitized, and healthy environment. He is dedicated to working with the team to provide a pleasant and comfortable living space.
